Serbia

The Balkans has a lot of history and Serbia has been in the center in most of it – both for good and bad. We should probably stop with the history at this point.

We have been to Serbia twice, both times to Belgrade. First was in 2013 when we took the opportunity to visit during our Easter, as the country is orthodox the country does not close down at the same time. The second time was in 2015 during a layover on our way home from Macedonia.
