Nabben Beach is one of the largest public beaches on the Åland Islands. It is on the northeastern outskirts of the city of Mariehamn, the main city of the islands. It lies at the innermost point of the bay of Slemmern.

Nabben Beach is a sandy beach with shallow waters, making it possible to walk far out into the water. It is a good beach for kids. This is a recreational area with space for outdoor sports such as volleyball. You can also find a smaller playground as well as a smaller seasonal café. The surrounding area also includes walking and cycling paths as well as a smaller forest area for the one searching for some shade.
Find Your Way
Nabben can be found along Road 3, just a few hundred meters from the road’s starting point in Mariehamn. Several walking and cycling paths lead here as well. There is also a smaller parking lot for car-bound visitors.
