There are few countries that have been able to export its food culture in the same quantity as Italy. Which country has so far not included pasta and pizza in its population’s daily life? The Italians might not be so happy about how we treat the name pizza here in Sweden – Kebab pizza anyone? Well, they are probably not happy when we talk football either.
We have visited Italy several times in the last few years. Our first visit was to Trieste in 2013, then Bergamo in 2016, Rome in 2018, and a train ride from Pisa, via Florence and Milano to Bergamo also in 2018.
