The once vast empire of Hungary has been forced back to its origins. The majestic buildings and statues still tell of a time long gone, but there is a sense of greatness still reflected in its capital – Budapest.
For us, Hungary has always been a favorite. While living in Bratislava we always planned new trips across the border and especially to Budapest. Just walking across the Danube to be able to enjoy some Hungarian Goulash was something to really enjoy.
